Our long term maintenance programme model provides customers with a tailored maintenance programme with terms ranging from two to 12 years, depending on the condition of each property. We adapt the programme to each customer’s specific needs. Painting programmes usually include the initial repainting and refurbishment works in the first year of the programme, followed by maintenance servicing where surfaces are either cleaned or repainted after normal wear and tear causes paint breakdown. Longer-term programmes incorporate a further repaint some years later, depending on the programme schedule.

Torbo Wet Blasting

Torbo blasting is a slurry method of abrasive blasting. It has significant advantages over dry abrasive blasting as it reduces the dust be 95% which can be seen in the photos below. The reduction in dust leaves all the contaminates being removed from the surface in the immediate area reducing the pollution risk to the environment.

The other major advantage is reduction in risk to the workers from air born particles.
This is also demonstrated in the photos showing that there is no need for the workers to wear air feed helmets. The aggressiveness of the abrasive blast can be altered from the same as dry blasting to being able to blast around your fingers. There are many other advantages which can be explained in detail in a face to face meeting.
