Stepping through the Process

There are five distinct steps within the process from conception to total satisfaction:

• Meet with us and get a free estimate (We will examine the sight and determine the proper materials needed, their cost an the time needed to complete the project as well as answering any questions or concerns you may have. We realise that your time is valuable so this meeting can be as short or as long as you require.
  We can also advise on colours and building repairs, designs and approaches.)
• Preparation and Painting (We believe the most important element of a good job is the preparation. We will clean, scrape, fill holes or cracks and prepare areas necessary to ensure the optimal paint adheasion. We only use the best possible painting products.)
• Walk through and Inspection (On completion our clients are encouraged to join in an inspection of the completed work. This is to ensure all contracted painting is completed as requested to your satisfaction.)
• Our Ongoing Relationship (We will invoice you when the job is completed (unless otherwise arranged). We also keep records of the job, paint and colours used on your project in the event that future maintenance is required.)
• Customer Satisfaction (Cambridge Services gives you more! We are always striving to give our clients the best possible completed project and maintain a long term mutually benificial relationship.)
